The new owners are GREAT!! My Dad lives there and he was worried about new owners coming in but was pleasantly surprised to find them AMAZING! They are fixing the place up and upgrading where possible. They even helped me talk to my dad ON THEIR PHONE! Very caring and apparently committed to turning the place around and making it great! Thanks Dawn and Jamie!!

Fun, friendly park! I've stayed here a few times and the new owners are a dream. Lots of new upgrades over the years as well. Love this place!

Owners are amazing people! Very genuine, great people. Park may not look like a resort but you also won't have to pay like it's one. Great location for quick in and out stays. Since the owners are so new, I bet this place will get better and better all the time.

I rented a space at Sundown RV for a year. During the entire time living there, the owners, Dawn and Jamey, were always very responsive with any particular issues that would arise, always taking care of them quickly. And, they are really nice people. I would certainly recommend a stay there!

We were here for 9 days. Small RV park. We don’t need a resort. Convenient to the highway, so there is some road noise. Laundry is very clean. Several permanent folks, but everyone is friendly. We are a 38’ class A. We had a back-in site and a tree shaded the back of the RV nicely. Did a lot of exploring the area. It is just beautiful.
