Quite and no kids!! If your looking for peasfull this is it.... But no kids
Sandy is a liar and I never destroyed anything and have never had to see her in court because I did nothing wrong. She is spreading liable and no doubt slander. I was without water for days and I had two little kids and was VERY pregnant.
It is terrible here. Landlord never fixes anything that is broken. I have been without water for 4 days because she will not pay to have the well fixed.
EVERYTHING SANDRA SAID IS A LIE. I OWE THEM NO MONEY, THEY HAVE NOT HAD CONTACT WITH ME SINCE I MOVED OUT LAST YEAR, SHE IS NOT TAKING ME TO COURT. JUST ANOTHER BUNCH OF LIES TO HIDE TO BAD THINGS SHE WAS DOING. I WAS WITHOUT WATER FOR DAYS WITH SMALL CHILDREN AND SHE DID NOT CARE!!!!
I HOPE YOU KNOW SANDRA, THAT EVERYTHING YOU SAID IS LIABLE AND CAN BE TRIED IN COURT FOR DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER.
Do not rent from these people! I would give negative stars if I could! They screw over every person they possibly can. I rented a trailer from them and they took my deposit and then some. I replaced their bathroom cabinets with custom built ones that cost well over 3 times my deposit. The old ones were horrible and were falling apart. I wasn't asking them to pay for them in the end I was just hoping to get my deposit back. Instead they found crazy things to charge me for. $100 for mowing a 7x20 yard that I mowed, weedeated, and raked! $40 for 4 loads of laundry for the 2 sets of curtains, that I had bleached!! There were so many other things they charged me for it is ridiculous. They screw over every single person that moves there. Please dont rent from them there are much better places here in our sweet little town.
