Hello Rio Verde RV Park potential guests, there have been a tremendous number of calls due to the recent flood warnings within our area. We do want to reassure you that we have not been impacted and we are not anticipating additional flooding. The RV Park is fine and we are functioning as normal. We look forward to your arrival!

From Phoenix and southern Arizona: Take Interstate Highway I-17 north to exit #287 (Hwy 260, Camp Verde, Cottonwood). Turn left and follow Hwy 260 toward Cottonwood for 15 miles to the intersection of 89A where you will turn right going toward Sedona. We are about 3/4 of a mile on the left, just past the bridge (mile marker #357).
We can’t say enough wonderful things about Rio Verde. This is our second time at this park and we absolutely love it. The park is immaculate - beautiful sites, great facilities and spectacular trails & scenery. Great location to so many must see attractions. And the staff could not have been nicer. Mandy is an absolute treasure. And the maintenance staff was always working to keep things beautiful and super friendly. We are full time RVers so we know a great park and this is one of them. Can’t wait to return!
This is an excellent RV Park. The staff is very friendly and courteous. They go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. The Park itself is the best maintained that I have ever seen, and the location is Extremely Beautiful!
We really enjoyed this park! The spaces are roomy, clean and the park itself is well cared for. We used the laundry room and it was spotless. The path by the river was a great place to let our two nut job puppies loose so they could tire themselves out and give us a break. We will definitely come back here. it's a quick trip to Jerome too. And the old town of Cottonwood is sweet!
We needed an Over Night place to stay with our 28 FT travel trailer. Very nice RV Park with level spacious sites, pull through and back-in sites with full hook up. The entire Park was kept meticulously clean and maintained. The staff were very personable and helpful. While we stayed only one night before moving on, we would recommend Rio Verde RV Park for short stays or longer.
This is a great location so close to Sedona and downtown Cottonwood, too. The sites are fairly level. The views are also spectacular. The service was excellent - we were greeted promptly and kindly. We didn't use any of the amenities like showers, etc. so I can say about those. But we would definitely stay here again.
