It’s a beautiful campground, but the camp host wasn’t the friendliest. She treated us like we were children who weren’t going to pay. We accidentally pulled into a double (we came in at night) so only had the cash for a single and said we’d go to town for the rest. It was raining and she said we needed to do it before breaking our campsite down and just was not at all human toward us.

Redpoint Campground is a great place to camp when you plan to float the river. You are about at the halfway point between the top put-in and where you stop and get out. So it's easy to get to either places from here. You can also put in the river from the Campground and float just half.

There were plenty of trees for shade and it's nice to have a bathroom. All in all it's a great spot.

This campground is really beautiful. The views of the rocks in the canyon and the river are amazing. Depending on which site you have you can have unobstructed riverfront views. Be warned though- it is in a tsunami zone!

They have pit toilets, picnic tables, fire rings, and a fishing dock. It isn't very far away from the reservoir either if you want to spend some time up there as well.

We really enjoyed this campground and the hosts were very helpful and kept the bathroom stocked/clean. We had about 25 people using 2 sites and had a great time! Good fishing within walking distance. Close enough to the dam & the put in for floating the River. Spectacular views and my favorite place to stay in the narrows.
