Very happy with my home here good people nice neighbors and good care to the park
I have lived here 27 years and Donna is by far the best Manager the community has had. I would like to say that I appreciate the way they have paved the streets. No more potholes. It makes it much easier to navigate through the community. Also I am very happy with the way that the streets are plowed in winter. I am able to get out with my motorized chair. Our manager Donna has something special for everyone every month arranged for all ages. It is very enjoyable and we are able to meet our neighbors. I really like living here.
Once again I come home from work and the water is shut off ..but the rent goes up every year…If you don’t need water this place is for you!
We have lived here since Fall 2022. The owners are working hard on making improvements. They are adding new mobile homes to buy or rent. This is a great alternative to buy a house right now with the way the market is. Close to downtown and the highway. The park manager Donna recently hosted a taco dinner for residents and this was a great way for us to meet our neighbors!
We just moved in & so far it's been wonderful & quiet. We are truly loving it here. Donna went above & beyond to help us get a mobile home & we are so grateful for her. We are truly looking forward to living here for awhile.
