Pere Marquette Oaks is an owner occupied condominium RV resort. Any lots for rent on a short-term or seasonal basis are made available by individual owners and not the Resort or the Association.
Located 7 miles from Baldwin, MI and 35 miles from Ludington, MI. From Ludington, travel east on US 10 to the intersection of US 10 and M37 north of Baldwin, MI, go south on M-37 for 7 miles to 76th avenue, turn right. Go 4 miles west to RV park entrance on the right. From the south, travel north on M37 until you reach w76th street and travel approximately 4 miles. RV park will be on your right. From the east, travel west on US 10 until you reach M37. Turn left (south) on M37 passing through Baldwin. Travel south about 3.5 miles to 76th street. Turn right (west) and travel 4 miles to the RV park on the right.
Beautiful place to get away! Always enjoy our stays there.
Nicest campground around. It is all you could want and so much more. And you can buy your lot for a great deal. Or just rent for a night or two.

Brought the grand kids and wife here on our first RV trip. The place is awesome and so was everyone we met. Sue and the staff are very friendly, and helpful. Sue even came by and took us around the campsite at dusk. We arrived a little late, from St. Louis, but that was no problem. Met tons of cool folks at the club house. Would love to purchase a nice shaded lot there soon. A good time was had by all. The stars at night were incredible.
