From White Cloud: Travel north on M-37 for 10 miles. Turn left and travel west on Center Rd. Turn left and travel south on Nagek Dr. for .5 miles. At "Y" intersection veer left. Road terminates at site.
Nice weekend getaway.fishing , hiking,nice views,lots of birds to wake up too.nice swimming spot.very nice for day use or overnight camping.
Beautiful for tent camping. However, you cannot park next to the camp sites and have to carry your gear to the sites on foot. Not a big deal for most, but we were in a conversion van that we sleep in and could not just park next to the site.
One of my favorite places to be in Michigan! My Dad took me here and I'm continuing that with my son.
Very majestic!! This lil gem is absolutely beautiful !! I've been back here in spring, summer and fall, it's gorgeous. Definitely need a kayak or boat to fish here. It's really shallow for a distance.
