Hot tub is not at its full potential for heat. Not sure why. Living room tv will not work. I think last tenants stole batteries out of a bedroom remote because there aren't any. Would be also nice to have a welcome guide in paper on the table. Edit... Hot tub finally got hot. 3 light bulbs burnt out, tv got fixed by pushing buttons on the back of it. Kitchen sink wouldn't quit dripping. We had to buy our own trash bags, there should be more utensils and baking sheets to use. Had to make spaghetti in two small pots and no pizza baking dish. No measuring cups at all. Had to go to wal mart and buy $30 worth of stuff to cook and bake with. I recommend putting up a guard rail in the parking lot and also make assigned parking because we couldn't park in front of our condo.

Bedbugs in 12E discovered at bedtime. Moved next door. Big inconvenience! Only offered an apology and a discount on our next stay. That's useless because who wants to take a chance on bedbugs again! Also, countertop cracked, ceilings patched. Commode in king room's bathroom too close to the wall. Not comfortable.

My dad rented this for all of us..., I know he tried. We won't go back again. 1, pet friendly....the units floor was dirty, carpet had stains, it had to be cleaned as we got there. 2, while they have a "game room," pool table is too big for room it is in. 3, unit needs to be updated....quartz countertop was cracked, ceiling had patches, can hear people on top and next door easily.

Bedbugs discovered at bedtime. One of the people in our group was bitten numerous times. Had to move to different cabin. We were in 12E....moved to 12F. Wont stay again, especially since the management only offered a discount on our next stay ...wont ever risk getting bedbugs by staying there again.

Had a great stay, we had a large party of 10. The only thing we had a problem with was. The breakers kept tripping and we had to keep resetting them. It is a very quiet place, but it does have a lot of neighbors. If you are downstairs, you will hear everything, so keep that in mind.
