About Campground

At this time we offer 8 cabins, 9 motel rooms and 63 R.V. spaces for rent. Year after year our regulars return to visit or stay. Some groups book their weekend on the same date yearly, while other families move up for the whole summer and build a welcoming community that only gets stronger. Lake Almanor is a place where most people know one another’s names, and if we see a new face we’re quick to introduce ourselves with a smile.

If you’re looking for fine dining or a drink with friends, our lakeside restaurant and bar offers an unbeatable view. Plumas Pines Bar and Grill proudly claims the only lakeside restaurant on Lake Almanor. Cruise right up to our courtesy dock and unload your boat for lunch or dinner all summer long.

Plumas Pines also has a full service marina with boat slips available both long and short-term, along with a boat launch and an extensive selection of boat/jet ski rentals. After launching your boat or jet skis, fuel up at our floating convenience store and boatside-service gas pump. We have everything you might need for the perfect lake getaway: the only thing that’s missing is you!

Come on up to Plumas Pines Resort and relax. You’re on mountain time now.

We did not stay at the lodge. We dinner on the large deck, which has great views of Lake Almanor. We had the fish special and a burger. They were all great.

We only had dinner there. So I cannot comment on the rooms. The food was straight forward American fare done well. The server was so on top of things and got every part right. The place was packed, so it was no easy feat. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.

The perfect place to have a relaxing and delicious lunch, especially on the outside patio overlooking Lake Almanor! A very friendly staff and great service. Our go-to restaurant for taking visitors to!

Stayed in the RV part of the resort for 4 nights. There is mostly seasonal RV parking, but several nightly spots. Full hook-ups and includes a deck! No fire pit though :( Within 100 yards of the water! Tall pines all around. 3 docks available to moor your boat at. Reasonably priced, so no in and out all week with the boat. The bar and grill are a very short walk down the beach, or a boat ride from anywhere on the lake (they have their own dock). The food and bar was delicious Ahi Poke Bites for the win, and all reasonably priced. The lake is gorgeous, with a view of Mt Lassen. Even though the scar of the fire is still around, it leaves a view unseen before. There is still beauty to be seen! Plumas Pines, we will return, thank you for a GREAT WEEK!

Beautiful scenery right next to Lake Almanor. We had lunch on the patio deck enjoyed watching the boaters on the water enjoy their 4th of July activities. The bar area was very nice and wooded-rustic looking to fit in with the outdoor surroundings. Their was a limited menu for the holiday but the food was delicious and good size servings. I hope to visit again in the future.
