We stopped, hoping to see exhibits about the recent K-T Boundary finds in the area, but this info is still (July 2019) under wraps. These folks look well able to respond when K-T materials become available. Current paleontological and local-history exhibits are well worth the visit.

Really impressive little museum - the best-done small town museum I’ve ever seen. Thoughtfully laid out, well-researched and displayed. Would absolutely recommend. Also discovered really good food, hotel, and car repair places in town - Bowman has a lot going for it!
Really good place and they have some improvements going on so it's only going to get better.i recommend it.theres gas and a grocery store with a decent deli and good selection just down the way so stop in see the place enjoy the dinosaur stuff and then next time you go you can see even more stuff.its a good visit with everything from local history to dinosaurs and there's something for everyone. As a bonus your near the Amidon car as featured in roadside America so happy visiting.
