A way nice picnic area in Sweetwater county Wyoming. It's a bit of a drive, but for large groups well worth the travel. There is a huge pavilion with metal tables and seating. There are restrooms, a playground, horseshoe throwing pits, a river, lots of trees, and much more. It's an oasis in the middle of the high planes dessert.
Really good fit for reuninions, weddings, and other events.
We have lived here going on two years. The manager is very crude and unprofessional. There are too many rules that seem to apply to the few not all. I would not recommend it unless you want to be micromanaged about cars parked around and in front of your space or paint on you house not matching your shed, or how in the heat of summer your not watering enough, etc....beware unless you like someone constantly having the authority to badger you. I mean it's a weekly, sometimes more, occurrence in the spring and summer. I picked one because I can't pick zero. If you don't like something Ann, the manager has to say, she will just say, "You can always move". Believe me, it costs a lot to move a trailer, so if you can't afford that, just don't move in to begin with, it's not worth the headache and stress.
This place is a joke. Ann the manager has her own rule book. When it's not her way, she'll threaten you with eviction. She hands out nasty notes on daily bases. Even if you own your own house. A lot of people moving out, Not in!
Valerie and Ann are great to work with. Rules are there to ensure safe, clean, and beautiful conditions. Respect is a two way street. With the world today especially in this country I’m sure those that are negative are probably secure in knowing that things there aren’t even a percent as bad as the cities and such. Just be thankful and start giving thanks to the management. They keep things together and clean.
Absolutely disgusting to see how she treats her tenants. Accusing them of doing things when they aren't there and then threatening that they can't have anyone in their house. Just another in the list of horror stories. I think you'd be better off living in a box than under Anne
