I give Pepper's RV park a solid 4. I inspected this park twice before I actually went and inquired about renting here. General maintenance of the buildings and RVs are the issue. More is required and of a little bit higher quality. This park allows you to do all bills paid if they have an RV available which is awesome. On the downside out of the 11 RV parks I visited they are the most expensive only because they want 350 a month for electric alone. Everyone else was between $100 a month and $150 a month on electric. The young lady that I spoke with was very polite and very pleasant. I was quoted three different prices however for the same RV. They move pretty fast here. I spoke to them on Monday and they had the RV I was going to rent out rented from underneath me by Wednesday. We were still in negotiations :-)

I stayed at this park for over 6 months. I had an AMAZING experience here. I loved the atmosphere and the people in the park. Only thing I didn't like was that there was never a manager on the grounds if you had an issue. The road needs a little work. I will definitely stay again. After the owner fixed the wifi it was perfect.

It is with great disappointment that I write this review of Peppers RV Park, although I must clarify that my experience was limited to a phone call and I did not actually visit the park. However, based on my interaction with Dawn, one of their staff members, I am compelled to share my negative encounter and warn potential visitors of the unwelcoming attitude and apparent ableism displayed by the park's representative.

From the moment I dialed Peppers RV Park, I had hoped for a warm and accommodating response. Unfortunately, my expectations were shattered when Dawn picked up the phone. Her demeanor was immediately abrasive and disrespectful, lacking even the most basic level of courtesy. It became evident that she had little interest in providing a positive experience for prospective guests.

What troubled me even more was Dawn's discriminatory and ableist attitude towards my partner's service animal. As someone with a husband who relies on a service animal for assistance, it is disheartening to encounter individuals who fail to understand the importance of accommodating such needs. Rather than being met with understanding and compassion, Dawn adamantly refused to work with us and our service animal, demonstrating a blatant disregard for the rights and needs of people with disabilities.

The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) clearly states that individuals with disabilities have the right to be accompanied by their service animals in all public spaces, including RV parks. It is deeply distressing to witness a representative of Peppers RV Park displaying such ignorance and insensitivity towards this legal requirement.

As a potential customer, I had expected Peppers RV Park to uphold a certain level of professionalism and inclusivity. However, based on my experience with Dawn, it is evident that these qualities are sorely lacking within their establishment. I am left with a bitter taste in my mouth, wondering how many other guests have been subjected to such deplorable treatment.

In conclusion, I would strongly advise anyone seeking a welcoming and accommodating RV park experience to look elsewhere. Peppers RV Park's phone representative, Dawn, demonstrated an appalling lack of customer service skills and displayed clear ableism when it came to our request regarding a service animal. Such behavior is not only disrespectful but also goes against the principles of inclusivity and accessibility that should be upheld in any reputable establishment.
