This campground was nestled up near Strawberry Lake and Mountain. A 10-site first come first served campground with great wood coverage and ample site space. Each site has a table and fire pit with close access to a water spicket. The bathroom was relatively clean for this type of campground with no bad odor as long as people made sure to close the toilet seat every time. Cost to stay here was very affordable and the trails around it are extensive. Many people pack in from here to the lake or other trails for camping in the wilderness. Definitely a place I'd camp again. The one frustration was the number of annoying yellow jackets that loved to be around. But otherwise nighttime there really wasn't many mosquitos.

Road needs improved, this access road needs graded yearly(it's rough!).. there is a nice shaded camp area at the trail head to Strawberry lake. Fee camp for fire pit & a table at trail head camp, it has some newer outhouse style restrooms too.
