Over 100 years ago this historic location was once a “Siding” (loading zone) along the railroad where hundreds of sheep would board from the nearby ranches. Today, it’s a desolate, high desert spot where the only noise you hear at night are the coyotes. Just five miles off of I-84, ten minutes from Arlington, and 25 from Boardman. In September 2020, I experienced the pleasure of engaging the services of HPR Roofing for the installation of a new roof. Juan Gutierrez came to my home to give a free estimate. The price felt so fair that it floored and stunned me. Juan promised gold, and Juan delivered gold. From start to finish, HPR Roofing demonstrated an outstanding level of professionalism, expertise and customer service that exceeded my expectations. The Malarkey Storm Grey roof looks as fresh today as it did when installed three years ago. Juan came to the house and gave me an estimate for a new roof and was friendly and upfront and the crew started on time and worked hard and fast to repair the roof decking and facia overhang before installing my new roof and they were friendly and courteous cleaning up at end of day. Very impressive and love my new roof and will be working with HPR for my siding needs coming up. Quality product at a Reasonable cost!!
I was referred to HPR Roofing and Siding by our realtor to help with a few small jobs on our home as we were getting ready to sell our house. What a great recommendation! Juan and his team were so quick to come out and give us a bid, and complete the work. We had some dry rot in our siding near our basement that they were able to repair quickly and thoroughly. They added a drain to keep water away from the house and the workers made sure to hose off the deck and make the area look as good as new. We also had them replace some hardie plank siding that was damaged when we replaced our roof a few years ago and the team worked diligently until it was complete. They even went above and beyond and caulked the seams of the planks all the way up the wall, beyond what they repaired. I was so impressed that all of the workers went above and beyond the task and were all so kind and respectful. I will definitely be utilizing HPR for more construction/repair projects in the future.
HPR recently did a nearly full exterior remodeling of our house including a new roof (from the decking up), gutters. windows, doors, trim, and painting. Juan and his crews (which are not subs by the way!) were very courteous, responsive, professional and on time. Juan was also very clear about the timing of things, the materials, the scope of the job and the costs associated to the work, upfront, no BS.
We are very happy with how the process went and how everything turned out! The timeline which things were done was very clear from the start, with no delays. Juan worked with me on getting the right materials, colors, doors, windows and was able to make adjustments on the fly for our project(s). The biggest part of the job was the roof and his crew worked very quickly, had great attention to detail, performed quality work and kept the jobsite very clean, the entire time they were there. The craftsmanship was of high-quality, the roofers/carpenters/tradespeople were diligent, hardworking. courteous, respectful and personable. With quality materials and quality installation, we'll be happy to see everything last the test of time.
I will not hesitate to hire HPR Roofing and Siding for another job in the future, and would recommend them to anyone who needs a job done to spec, on time and at cost.
