It's a little tight in here, but a skilled pilot can get in here with little trouble in their RV. Water pressure is s little low on my space, but that doesn't bother me, might be an issue for some folks.
Wonderful park managers. Noe and Brianna go above and beyond to help out residents of the park.Safe, great place to live
We have been full-time RVing for 2 years now an this is the absolute worst RV park we have stayed at to date. Upon making a 2 month reservation we had to pay a $35 X 2 background check fee.
There is no pet area and 1 week after we pulled in we get a notice that we are not allowed to walk our dogs around the park, even though we always pick up after them. We then try walking our dog down the road and he gets attacked by a dog around the corner.
The hook ups in the park are all on the wrong side of the RV so you have to pull in forward. The sites are barely large enough to fit our 35 foot motorhome. We were able to park sideways behind the motorhome, then today they told us we had to park at the office or on the street because they didn't want 2 feet of grass pressed down (most of the time the lawn was halfway to my shin). In this neighborhood and because I am disabled we refused to park so far away. So we ended up being evicted after only 1 month. I wouldn't recommend this park to my worst enemy.
Unprofessional staff just talks bad about the owner and blamed him for everything. However it seems like they hardly ever did their job.
Stay away from this place!
Stay away from this place!!!!!
Managers have no understanding of rules and operations, and have poor business practices. We were there for a short time, and they left the grass growing too long, and then did a horrible job mowing. They want everything off the grass to make it "easier to mow" leaving no space to put out lawn chairs or camp games. They have picnic tables, but don't want them on the grass, so they keep them in parking spaces. They don't allow extra cars in the RV park area, and ask the tenants to park their cars in the office parking area, which only has space for three cars, because of a picnic table. I had to keep my truck parked across the street on the shoulder because there wasn't any parking spaces in their joke of a parking lot.
I tried to do a couple loads of laundry in their little laundry room, and the dryers are 6-quarter slider payment systems, so you can't add quarters to extend your drying time, meaning if your clothes are damp, you have to pay another $1.50.
I spoke with a tenant, and he said that he has been there for several years, and after some time they complained about his power usage, and asked him to start paying for power. So don't believe it when they say power is included in the fixed price.
I tried to have some friend over one evening around 8pm to hang outside for a few beers, and by 9:00 the sprinklers came on. Apparently it's too much of a hassle to run the sprinklers in the middle of the night rather than the evening when people want to socialize outside.
I don't live here but I know a few that do and I have no problems or complaints about anything when I visit
