I have stayed here quite a few times and always enjoyed our stay. Jessica and Manny take excellent care of the park. Laundry, pool, bbq area and 0ffice are clean. Will be back!

Oasis West has been a nice place to park our RV & call “home” for the last year.
Location: five minutes off the 5 fwy & one minute off hwy 152 —it’s an easy in & out. Only a 10 mile drive to major stores in Los Banos.
Amenities: POOL!!, dog park, dumping station, fish cleaning station, fire pits for tent camping, kids playground, basketball courts, horse shoes etc.
Bath house is always clean (toilets & showers), Laundry room is coin operated.
Office also has a covered patio w/ bbq pit & indoor space for gatherings. Propane refill onsite.
Staff: always friendly and willing to help.
Lots: nice size, level dirt & gravel, large shade trees. 50 amp & water hook ups
Prices are reasonable. The park is a nice quiet area with a nice view. It is very well kept by maintenance and employees are very friendly and helpful. The fact that it is right off the highway makes it very convenient to come and go.
I have been at the Oasis West RV Park for about 1 1/2 years now and I have to say that I have been very impressed with the manager Jessica and the grounds keeper Manny! Not only are they professional and hard working people, they are very friendly and have become great friends of mine. Jessica is an awesome host and is very attentive to any needs I may have, and Manny is such a great guy and works so hard to keep the park a beautiful, comfortable and safe place!! I highly recommend this park!!
