From west business jct US 62 & Hwy 5 (in town): Go 1 mi S on Hwy 5.
I was visiting a friend but it seemed like a nice area. It was a bit close for my preference in the space for yards but still a clean area and looked well maintained.
Do not let your parents move here. They refuse to take care of the park and expect the residents to pay for tree removal on the property then they "say" the will credit their rent. They will not fix water line shut offs and add lawn mowing expense to their rent but they don't mow the yard. They take advantage of the Senior Citizens in the park.
I was at the car wash across the street from the mbl home park.
Vaccum cleaners are okay at times: other times they could use more suction power.
Occasionally a person around to assist customers
This mobile home park is very nice! Grounds are well kept and the homes here are too. There are a few homes for sale and if someone needed a summer home or a home I would highly recommend this place.
It is located so conveniently in town that its close to shopping and dining yet feels completely " out of town".
