Although the camp sites are pretty close together, they still felt private. Each came with an electrical box and fire pit. The showers are decent for a campground and a quarter will get you 10-minutes. You can purchase ice in the main lodge which was super helpful. If you're not bringing your own wood, be prepared to have to saw the logs they have on site down to campfire-size pieces.
Only drawback was that there really wasn't any beach to be had as advertised, and if you don't bring your own boat or canoe/kayak, there aren't many options for water activities.
I would recommend going to this place. The cabins are nice and clean. The office is friendly and explains things well. Ice fishing is what I was there for and the house was clean and stayed warm ! The fish cleaning option was great and fairly priced.
It's a great campground My family gets together every year and has a reunion and great people and clean campground.
Have been camping around area lakes and resorts for a few years but nothing beats Nodak. Great people always, friendly accommodating staff, great fishing, pool is great and always have the best merch thats very reasonably priced. We come home with new Nodak gear every trip! & Cam the campground dog is the best ever! We love him! Thank you Nodak for your great hospitality as always!
