From Side Lake take St Louis Cty 5n3ml to Snake Trail Sate Forest Rd turn Left W follow Snake Trail 3.5 mls to camp entrance
Do not take the dirt rd across beatris lake. The map didn't take us the right direction
It’s a very remote place, it has nice riding trails and a beautiful campground. The water can be hard to pump if you don’t have your own supply.
We have been using it since 2007, it is pretty quiet most of the time, a few barking dogs now and again along with coyotes and wolves makes for some interesting adventures!
