When I moved to the Delta and became the Community Manager at New Hope Landing back in April 2018 I had set a personal goal to make this park a safe and well maintained Community. I am proud to see this goal being achieved. I have had the honor of getting to know many of the residents, fishermen, hunters and boaters on both a professional and personal level. I want you all to know that I truly appreciate the comradery and sense of community we all share here at New Hope Landing RV Park and Marina!

Thank You!

I love my RV spot here. Right at the end of the Mokelumne River enjoy having coffee in morning on dock watching ducks & boats, also the manager Caitlyn is awesome she's funny & can get down to serious business if need.

Great Place!!!

The new manager, Barbara, has made a drastic change. There are constant aesthetic improvements made which have made a positive impact. The owners of the property should follow the lead of the neighboring properties (Wimpys, Tower Park, etc) and invest in paving/ seal coating, palm trees, grass area, paint, repairs, etc. The property is in a great setting but some capital improvements would benefit the residents and the owners. The manager is always working on projects, even after hours. Providing another position for her would be beneficial; assistant or maintenance staff.

I appreciate the newsletter being published as well as the events now being coordinated.

Upgrades would allow for better conditions and curb appeal. Hopefully the hazards North of the property will be removed before damage happens to the boats moored and launching at New Hope. Electricity cost varies drastically but a new meter may correct the variance.

Great work Barbara!
