Mohican camping offers family camping in our Primitive Camping sites, as well as Full Hook-Up for RVs and Campers. Each camping site comes with a picnic table and fire ring. RV sites come full service with 30/50 amp electricity, water, and sewer. A dump station is also located on the grounds.
We are open from April 1st to October 31st and have an indoor pool that is heated with a spa.
This is a great campground. Whether you bring a tent, a camper or rent one of their cabins. Very friendly and helpful staff. The grounds were always kept immaculate the times I was there. I would recommend them.
Our site was SO small! We were told half of our site was someone else's and had to move our belongings..so we were left with just the edge near the road. Our fire ring had to be next to our car because otherwise it would have melted our canopy or part of camper. The outer edge has more room but I cannot believe how jam packed the center was. Where there should have been 4 sites there were 7! State parks charge $2 - $5...not here $24 per person to VISIT. We will not be back to camp here sadly. Loved the creek and pool but it is not worth it.

2ND PIC WHAT WE HAD DESIGNATED AS OUR CAMPSITE. JUST ENOUGH FOR THE AWNING!
We had an issue with our camper when leaving for Mohican. We called to see about rescheduling and they just canceled us instead of helping. We lost all of our money, they were of no help. This is not the way a business should be run. Poor management! We will be sure to not go back in the future. Good luck to other campers that have the misfortune of having a problem with your camper. You know that they will rent our spot and make double the money, ridiculous! When reading the reviews, I saw that we are not the first ones with this problem with this campground. Good luck to all future campers with this place!
The bathroom/showers were clean. The indoor pool was pretty big for being indoors. The hot tub was ok. They had too much chemicals in it so it made my eyes burn.
We stayed here for a little over a week. We had so much fun. It's very family friendly. We stayed in a camper cabin. There was so much to do here...fishing at the pond, hiking, swimming at the indoor pool, basketball court. The bathrooms were kept clean and were within walking distance from all the cabins. We took our bikes, so it was nice to bike to the bathrooms if we wanted to. It was peaceful and quiet here most of the time, which was nice. The employees were nice and helpful. They even sold some camping supplies, fire starters, and firewood at the office, among other things like shirts and souvenirs. They also had a conference room that could be rented out, which was fairly big. We had friends staying at the tent sites, and it was nice to go up there and visit. It was very quiet and peaceful up there as well, and it was nice to visit around the campfire. We will definitely consider Mohican Adventures again for our camping adventures. 😊
