I just walked through the park the owner verbally assaults me a local and then threatens me with calling the police. I explained I'm disabled and I had no idea of what he was talking about. Local bussiness, local hatter. Do not rent from this business they hate locals. And are lucky I did not personally file harassment charges.

Great, kind, compassionate staff. Well maintained even has a few residents. Not a nasty one among them.

I stayed ten days in July 2022. The park felt safe, a lot of things to do in walking distance and surprisingly quiet at night. The sites seem small but they leave room around you. Any experienced RVer would agree this is a typical in city rv park and it doesn't deserve all the negative reviews. This is a prefect place to stay to explore the city if you want to go camping you need to leave the city. My only complaint is the low water pressure but that might be a city issue.

Mr Paul the owner is a delight to work with. Surprising to me the bathroom are clean and I would live there myself. What a great service they provide to the community. A 1 million thanks would not be enough.

I've stayed here a few months and am currently staying here until the snow melts enough for me to pull my rv out of here. Let me tell you this. They are overpriced by far. Golden nugget only charges $650 a month for a spot big enough to park 2 60 foot rvs on with full hookups all winter long. These people at midtown don't charge by the month they charge by the week. $250 a week for me. I pay $1000 every 4 weeks. Yes you heard that right. More than $1000 a month. Best part of that is even if you don't get hookups they will still charge that. I'm probably going to get a notice to vacate for even posting this but these people are slum lords. The bathrooms are completely unusable. They don't keep up on maintenance whatsoever. If a muni inspector was to come see this place they'd be shut down. Homeless camps are maintained better than this place. I've had to stock up on firearms just because of the insane amount of chaos that ensues in this place. Don't come here and as soon as I can unburry my RV I'm out and never looking back.
