Called this location around 5am, to make sure they had the steer tires I wanted, they did. I was in battle mountain nv, and I would arrive for installation at 7am. Check in at 6:49. The day time was starting at 7am, I said that wasn't an issue. The guy on duty didn't even call me until 7:44,I did get the tires installed that I wanted. took 2 hours for this job over.
This store purposely turns showers off on the app. Their excuse is “they’re short staffed” meanwhile they 3 employees in the store. Said he had to wait for employee to come back for him to clean showers so I waited. She came back he took off then came back, the other employee left and when I asked what was going he kept giving me run around evil ungrateful and inconsiderate of us truckers. They have no idea what we go through, and what we sacrifice to keep this country running. Very disappointing
