It was beautiful and the lady doing check ins was just a hoot. The hot water pools were clean and great temps. Not too busy or packed which was awesome. The room was clean and spacious. We'll be back
This place is really run down, we had the tent 'n cabin. Which is a common bathroom, I didn't mind that but it was dirty and the showers worked then didn't. The pool area, dressing room had locked cabinets, but again dirty and only curtains for privacy. The pool was cold outside 80 degrees and the inside 100 but again really poorly maintained. We ate dinner at the restaurant and service wasn't and the meal was average. The only thing they did well was the salad. Check in was a joke the attendant was vibrating off the wall.
The wait staff at the bar and the clerk in the office were very nice, helpful ladies. However---
The cabin was not as described. The bed was very wobbly. The floor had not been swept. The bathroom and showers were grungy. The menu in the room was not the same as the one in the restaurant , so we had to rethink our dinner plans. We stayed one night of our two night reservation. If you want to come enjoy the pools. I would suggest you bring your accommodations with you.
We didn't stay the night. Pools were amazing! It was snowing hard which made the outside experience all that much more awesome!
Out of the way and quiet. Hot springs pool is nice for soaking but smaller than it looks. Outdoor pool not as warm so mostly inside in winter stayed in a cabin so can't talk about rooms food and drinks were great!
