Located just off of I-90. Take exit 333 from I-90 onto US-89. Turn onto Rogers Lane and look for sign for Livingston Campground.
We had reservations for a 2 night stay. On our way in we had vehicle problems and the host (Bonnie) immediately started contacting people and getting us phone numbers to places that may be able to help us out. She also made room for us to stay 3 additional nights while our truck was repaired. Bonnie was caring and compassionate and checked on us regularly during our stay while we worked out the details of the truck repair.
This is a clean, quiet campground convenient to I-90. It is perfect for an overnight stay while traveling through or staying a few nights while exploring the Livingston area. The restrooms and showers are clean and have good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The pull through sites are big enough for big rigs and easy to navigate. All the utilities work as they should.
We stayed at Livingston Campground during the entirety of our business trip as Vendors for the Livingston Depot Festival of the Arts, as well as while we were enjoying our vacation time in MT.
The park was clean, & well maintained. There were showers/restrooms, and plenty of room to walk your dogs (please clean up after them!) There was a laundry facility next door (next to the hotel) but within walking distance. (DO be careful walking in the pasture at the “hotel” side of the park. A Fence was previously located there, and when it was removed, no one filled in the post holes! The grass covers them & I almost broke my ankle the first day!
Bonnie, the host was so sweet! We wound up having some major front end repairs that had to be done in Bozeman, during our next show, so we had to leave early, and Bonnie was very gracious and understanding about shortening our stay. Livingston itself was a lovely town as well.
We’ll definitely be returning next year! (PS) I only gave 4 ⭐️ because the sites were gravel & grass, so a little un-level.
Laundry was closed. People do arrive late and need to wash. The women's shower was ONLY FREEZING COLD, no other temperature. Men's room only one shower head. 4 of us had to take turns in the men's restroom to shower, and that was a horrible shower head. There is no water pressure.
The location is on an alley. Definitely an older park because the spaces are tight and small. No room for slides. Not very maneuverable for a 35 foot fifth wheel. It was quiet, but no real amenities. They have wifi but never gave us a password. Tree limbs are low hanging. Maybe four feet between spots so you are virtually hearing everything next door.
RV grounds were clean and just enough space for a small campground. Bathroom/shower was clean but just outdated. The price was good compared to others in the area. The camp manager was very pleasant. I would definitely stop here again.
