We're not generally fans of all-hookup campgrounds, but we wanted to stay on the property, and were glad we did. CP has done a nice job with Lighthouse Point, well-landscaped sites, clean bathroom/shower buildings, a short walk to the resort entry gate and really, the staff make all the difference.

Great place to take your family camping. Campground is well kept. Nice pool area that provided clean towels. Can access the beach close by and good proximity to both cedar shores and cedar point.

It was great to be able to take a break from the park and relax at the campsite to have some reasonably priced food and drink. Really enjoyed being able to recharge for a few and then spend the rest of the day at the park.

The grills on the premium sites are really nice if you remember to bring some charcoal.

It's a bit pricey compared to many other campgrounds I have visited but the location and amenities make it well with the cost.

First off…the location and staff were amazing. We rented a cottage on the lake and it was a great spot to be right in the middle of all the action. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and polite. The people working at the store were also very friendly. It was good vibes all around. We did have an issue with the cleanliness of our cottage. The rooms were rustic and smelled musty. There was dust and cobwebs everywhere. For 450 bucks a night, I expect these things to be clean. It was almost perfect, minus the lack of proper cleaning.

Nice weekend getaway for the kids. Great location. Walking distance to the park. Private pool for guest. 2 room 2 bath. Two futons that are sleepers as well. 1/2 Kitchen & living room. The upstairs you cannot stand up if you're over 5 feet. Overall nice stay.
