Wanna thank the management of Lazy B RVPark for awesome 4 months. Joe Foley and Kevin Jones went above and beyond to make their customers happy. The RV Park is pet friendly, for sure you have to follow the rules such as dogs on leaches and clean up after your dog. They allowed temporary fencing, the spaces are generous , propane is available at the office. Siloam Springs is 3 miles away. Thank you Joe and Kevin for all you have done, we highly appreciate your service . You were awesome!🩷🩷🩷

I had lived at lazy B, for almost four years! The new managers Kevin and Joe made the last six months of my stay very warm and like a family! I feel like the last manager took an amazing rv park and caused issues where there shouldn’t have been any. Kevin and Joe, with the help of the owner Jim will get lazy B back to being a home away from home and an amazing place to live again! Give them a chance to show you their hearts, their hard work and you will be glad you did!
I lived at Lazy B for around 9 months. I was left alone for the most part, and it was an okay facility. My only problems…
1. Theft - When I moved out, I had to do it in several moves, but still legally maintained the lease on the place. I came back to do a final clean out of the trailer, and everything on my front porch was gone, including a $300 package of clothes the manager left on the front porch knowing I wasn’t there, my lawn furniture, and several gardening tools. I tried mentioning it and the manager, Joe, gaslit me saying he had never seen the package and didn’t know about my front porch belongings. There was never any effort for follow up.
2. Witnessed domestic violence and when I mentioned it to management, I was threatened with eviction - Towards the end of my stay, I witnessed an act of domestic violence, a man drove his truck very quickly towards a woman, slamming on his brakes within inches of her during an extremely heated and loud argument, and when I informed management, they threatened(quoted) "If either one of you called the cops other than (the victim), I'm kicking you both out and your getting evicted you won't have a deposit to ride out." I'm a veteran, and if I see something, I say something. Cops are not a bad thing when someone is trying to run someone else over with their car, and being told I couldn't use a public service provided for safety or I'd lose my legal place of dwelling was illegal and terrifying.
This happened in Spring of 2023, so there has probably not been a change in management.
I've waited quite a while after moving out(I moved two weeks after) to post a review to make sure my business was done with them, as they are known for retaliation.
I would recommend staying away from this RV park. I also informed the owner the threats of eviction, and he did nothing as far as I am aware. Probably best to make this your last resort.
I have lived here 4 years and seen two managers leave due to issues in life but the two new ones Joe and Kevin are wonderful!!! And so accommodating for all park guests !!! They go out of their way above and beyond for anyone or anything people take some notes THIS is how you run a business 10 stars !!!!!
