Great place to stay and kayak on Lake Selmac. New ownership with ties to the past really make this a nice and comfortable place to stay. Bathroom facilities were clean and tidy with two toilet stalls on one side and two shower stalls on the other. Around 25-30 sites all with at least partial hookup, water, electricity. Directly across from the lake

We had an amazing stay at the resort camp ground. The sites are well spaced and neat. The bathrooms and shower house were very clean and nice. Vince and Shannon took care of everything we needed. So nice to have a great little store with boat and kayak rentals, and literally feet from the lake. Just a great stay. Couldn't recommend it more.

The campground (NOT the resort).

Pros: clean bathrooms, some loops are small, playground and field area great for kids, the lake is a no wake zone so great for S.U.P and kayakers, and great views of nearby nesting bald eagles and other birds of prey.

Cons: Some of the loops are on a road and you get a lot of people who think the speed limit is a suggestion. Lots of motorcycles and cars revving and peeling out of the loop all day. Most campsites do not have access to the water even if it parallels your site so a waterfront site does not mean access. The fire pits are not fully enclosed or dug down in our loop. Maybe in others.

This place has been our home away from home. We are absolutely inlove with it, the park is well kept, the owners are always so delightful & helpful, and the location is perfect. We stay at ALOT of campgrounds and this one is definitely one of our top 10! Thank you Resort at Lake Selmac!

This past weekend I had a getaway trip with my girls to celebrate my birthday, although it started out rocky after having terrible weather and not so good service at a previous park. Resort at Lake Selmac was amazing! My friends and I called to inquire information about possibly booking a cabin, the staff there (Vince and Shannon) were amazing as they were willing to hold on to a cabin for us while we traveled to the destination. Upon arrival I kind of gave a quick explanation on what had happened with the last place, Vince then handed me a cabin key and said “go check it out and make sure it fits your needs” so my friends and I did just that. It was perfect, we were able to have the feeling of camping but still able to have a roof over our heads in case Oregons bipolar weather struck again. During our stay we played cornhole that is provided on site and enjoyed great views of the lake. We had an amazing time, not only was it CLEAN but everyone was so friendly and welcoming. I will DEFINITELY be back.

Thank you so much!!
