Very pretty scenery and very quiet. Mr. Tom is a GREAT guy. He puts trash cans at every camper so you don't have to walk your trash out to the dumpster. And you aren't far from Chandler were there is some good food. Short term or long term it's a GREAT place to stay.

Mr. Tom I really enjoyed my 3 month stay!!

First of all NOT on the lake. Partly my fault didn't read whole site. Was on a river with muddy Bank. Could not use men's showers disgusting. Couldn't even get checked in had to call next morning finally did show just as we were leaving. Friendly people living in park. RIGHT on highway lot of road noise and all this "luxury " cost 55 a night.

My husband took me to the train ride in Rusk, Texas and stayed at this RV park. The park was easy to find on maps. Easy to maneuver with our camper. Clean and in a safe area. Tom the owner was very laid back. It reminded me of a time you did not have to lock your front doors. It was very quiet and calm during the day and night. The most noise we heard were form the boats on the river. It backed up right on the Neches river. We brought our own kayaks, however, there were several on the premises that we had access to. We stayed the whole weekend and had an amazing time. This is a great little get away for peace and relaxation from the daily hustle and bustle.

Clean, nice and very well managed RV park. Clayton was awesome, despite having health issues while we were there. For us, relatives live in Chandler so this is a conveniently located location. Right on the Neches River so a Fischer's dream. Our cats enjoyed watching the boats go by. Public park adjoins the area so dog/cat walking is very convenient. Road is concrete, as are the sites, so easy pull in and out. Our site was a pull through, although there are some back-ins.
