Very nice area. Amenities are great. You can catch and release in the lake. They have a swimming pool and other fun things to keep the kids busy. We had a family reunion here this summer. The staff was amazing. Only downside was the rooms need a deep clean and need to be sprayed for bugs. Several of our cabins smelled bad and the beds made us itch. One of the cabins had to be personally cleaned by the housekeeping supervisor. She was absolutely amazing and she cleaned the room thoroughly when we told her the room was smelly. She also checked on us when she came back from her day off. I believe her name was Michelle but she deserves a raise. The guy who opened the hall for us was also very nice along with the front desk staff who were very welcoming and accommodating. If they updated and deep cleaned the rooms this place would be a 10 out of 10.

We stopped here while passing through town, we arrived out of hours and had to use thevafter hours service. The Park is really pretty with sites and cabins around a small lake. It is close to the road, but not too much road noise. Staff were friendly and helpful when we checked out the following morning. I would stay here again, but for longer next time. Nice and close to lake Conroe and restaurants etc

We love camping no matter where it is for the most part, so you won't find me complaining! We did notice it's been a little run down looking.

The duck feces make the pier/bridge a mess and it appears they aren't regularly mowing like they have in the past. Not a big deal, but I can't let my kiddos run around.

They'll let you arrive late, which is great, but there aren't any identifying numbers on the campsites, so we literally had to get out and ask someone what campsite they were in order to find ours.

The camp store used to have great camping items in stock, but now it's just firewood and paper plates, but for some, that's all you need!

I spent a delightful two weeks camping in a travel trailer here. The park offers ample space, ideal for refreshing walks or invigorating runs. Additionally, there are two well-maintained off-leash dog parks and plenty of clean, efficient washers and dryers. Notably, all RV sites have cement pads for added convenience. There are also well maintained and clean public bathrooms available.

We have been here for an extended stay and love this RV Resort. We have met so many nice people, the staff delivers exceptional service. My grandson comes to visit and there is so much for him to do. And my dog Timmy is welcomed with dog treats every office visit. We have rented 2 cabins for Thanksgiving family visitors. Consider this KOA for an annual spot or any stay…you will love it!
