The place is well maintained. It's an awesome spot to fish, or get a great view of the dam
Cant go inside the dam to see the gears and how everything works anymore. I guess that is a thing of the past. You can walk on the pier and fish here though. Its beautiful.
Great place to walk along the water on the top of the dam or down by the visitor center you can fish. Great place to take pictures of the birds and water.
For years my family n I have been going to kentucky dam for family fishing trips and will be continuing this tradition for many years to come. Soon to have our next generation to bring and start teaching them how to snag. 🥰
