I deliver here nearby to a facility as I come by this RV lot. It looks nice and clean.
Stay here for a turnaround in CVR. Stayed in a single and double cabin both are great. Has everything you need and A/C mini split are solid. Bill is very attentive and great park manager. Will definitely stay here again for the next turnaround.
Sites are huge with grass! The main road in is nothing but potholes. Really rough. Even in a truck. Wifi is not free! You can connect to it free but does nothing. The paid version is not worth it.
Showers are absolutely disgusting. Have 3 showers available with NO HOT WATER. Showers feel like you're in a prison. Only curtains separating you from everyone. The outside door doesn't lock so you never know who's walking in, completely unsafe. Office is never open. Only have 3 washers and 3 dryers for the entire place, which takes HOURS to do your laundry because they're always in use. Ended up taking me over half a day to do 2 loads of laundry. People pay enough to stay here, you could at least upgrade your things to accommodate the people staying here for long periods of time.
Facility is above average for the area. I look at 5-6 rv parks looking for a place to stay while working the area. Park manager is easy to interact with and pleasant. Location is ideal and quiet. It's easily accessible.
