Great little free spot close to the highway. The road in is a bit rough, but I managed in a minivan. Very pretty, has premade tent spots, and an outhouse. Could be a little cleaner, but not too bad, the only real drawback is the lack of shade.

Very quiet and beautiful views, inexpensive camping, especially if you have a National Parks pass. Dry camping without any utilities. Nearby pit toilet.

Nice and peaceful camping site. It is near the highway, but it is not loud.

We came there late at night and we were the only ones. It was not hard to get there and it was free

A gravel road with many holes leads to the camping site. There are no level parking spaces, no wifi, just a restroom. All of this nothingness for 30$!

People saying it's free simply did not pay the fee, since there is no office at the entrance, only a sign with very clear requirements and descriptions. It would have been a nice campground if it was free.

The area is really nice though.
