Homestake Road Dispersed - CO

Road is currently closed to cars after Blodgett campground (for the spring g season?)

Lots of wildlife. And a few huge moose at our campsite.

There are seasonal closures, check with the Eagle-Holy Cross Ranger station for up-to-date details on the closure usually 11/23-5/20. First .5 or so is private land just a heads up with a few other private inholdings along the road, so be aware of where you're hiking/camping.
