Dirty, scary, for someone who is not familiar with the area, drive with extreme caution lot of children playing
Speed bumps need to be changed my muffler fell off just trying to leave
Our site was a mess!! The long term tenants place was a train wreck. They had what I assume used to be skirting was in a huge pile of pallets, tarps and insulation. And I can not even describe the dog waste. This was all on the back side of the trailer which should have been our yard area. The dogs chain was long enough to go under there trailer and do his business in our yard area. We couldn't even Bar-B-Q because cooking and looking at the mess wasn't even an option. So I blame this on the dog owners and property owner. My advice is don't stay in space #2.
