Had a great time. The pool was pretty packed, but to be expected. One more outdoor pool would be perfect. The cabins are really nice and have everything you need.
Very nice campground with plenty of stuff for kids to do. My only complaints are the cost and that the site we had was not even close to level. My passenger tires were 6" off the ground and my steps wouldn't reach even extended all the way. We had to put 8" of blocks under the steps making the first step around 20" not the best when you are trying to carry a baby. I will say most other sites were reasonably level.
We utilized site 111 this past weekend and it was a nice site. It was a larger site then our last spot and very secluded. The walking trail was right next to us with easy access. The pad for the travel trailer was very level and easy setup. My only 2 problems were the location of the power and water hookup. Our power cord was short but luckily they sold 25' length extensions. Also my water hose was too short so another hose was required. All in all a great spot, just make sure you have a longer hose and power cord for that site.
One of our best camping experiences to date. The campground was set up nicely and spaces were decent size. Amenities were updated and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. This place has a lot for both adults and children to do. The other campers were fun and having a good time partying but this was not just a drunk fest like many other campgrounds. Quiet at night and not too loud during the day and we were there for Labor Day Weekend. We had a great time and made some wonderful new friends. We will be back for sure. Plus they have an awesome military discount.
The only negative is they don’t sell beer or alcohol so stop at Piggly Wiggly in Pardeeville on the way in. Cheers.
