Quiet serene location tucked away from the rest of the world. Just outside Kimberly I'd. Quite the quaint place to go relax.
Would be a real nice place if not for human and animal feces on the outskirts of the campground can't walk the trails without seeing it or stepping in it. If you're going to charge you some of the money to clean it up.
Very nice campground right by the creek. Loved our short time there. The only down side was the toilets. The vault toilets were pretty stinky and the doors didnt lock, one of the doors didn't even hook.
A lovely 4 site campground located right off the creek. It's fairly primitive, with only a vault toilet and no running water, but each site has a picnic table and three out of four have fire rings.
The loop is pretty small and there isn't really much privacy between sites, so it might be uncomfortable if all the sites are occupied.
But overall it's a very pretty spot and great for an overnight stay.
We used site number one. My kids loved the access to the creek and the trail along it. Like I said before there's no clean water access. The bathrooms are nice. No spiders while we were there. The only thing is, I don't know if that site has always been this way or if the fire that came through last year affected this, but there's very little shade even at our site that had some trees just not where we needed them. We cooked out in the sun for a good part of the day. Not so fun but when it was cool it was nice. 😅 Waiting in the stream helped. It's fast enough right now that I would not leave children unattended, especially small ones.
