Always a great place to go. There are outhouses available and plenty of parking so you can jump on the trails for hiking or ATV. Of course winter time sports are always fun. Picnic tables are available as our fire pits for a day trip or for a week-long camping excursion.
We were tent camping here in the month of July. The temperatures were comfortable. Note that there are absolutely no amenities, so we just pulled over on a dirt road in a small meadow and set up camp. We were prepared for no services. It was very private and quiet. There were moose ( which we had never seen in the wild before) grazing in a small creek. The aspen trees were shimmering. I enjoyed my time here. Another note; we drove for miles and miles on a dusty dirt road to find our spot. We only saw one other camper. She had a small travel trailer and a big dog.
It was a great experience, it hasn't snowed yet so it wasn't that cold! However my heart has started to turn cold because of my girlfriend.
Went out to get a Christmas tree.🎄 Easy parking, plenty of picnic tables, they also have grills. There was a small amount of snow. Didn't see if there were any bathrooms but I think there was one. Beautiful site the kids had a great time with the snow.
