This was our first time staying here. Our first impression was that it was not clearly marked on how to actually get to the campground. Once there and finally checked in we were happy to find that the site we booked was a double. We asked if we could have our daughter and SIL join us from another site. Of course we could, but they wouldn't get any of there money back even though they ended up renting out their site right away. Fine. We get to the site and it is filthy. There are wrappers, straws, bottle caps and debris everywhere. Fine. We chose to eat at their bar/pub for Friday nights dinner. The food was great, but might I suggest that being a family establishment your staff should have their butts covered and put a bra on. The second day we weren't there much due to a ball tournament. On Sunday morning we decided to leave and as we were packing up we noticed that a few people were trying to empty their campers waste. Well no one was able to because the tank was full so you had to drive home with the waste in your camper. All of the garbage dumpsters were overflowing on Friday already. There was no one around checking on the grounds at all, and if you mentioned something needed replacing in the bathroom you received an eye roll with an ok. From the rules that they send out and you have to agree to in order to stay they are sure not followed. Very disappointing.

Be prepared to give your entire family's social security number if you wish to camp there. Be careful for what kind of review you leave. Tricia will call you and make threats.

This is one of my favorite places to go grab food and a drink, also pretty cool to be able to hang out and let the kiddos swim while you eat in the summer!

Amazing beach. Awesome campground. Great fishing. I recommend bringing a canoe or kayake. Very peaceful and relaxing. Bring your own beer though. The bar has an atm and a credit card machine but they will only take your card to pay for camping. Not for food or drinks such makes me think they just want to pocket the cash.

This was our first and only time camping here. Only reason they got a star is because thats the only way I could leave a review. Sites aren't level at all. No privacy with sites. The camping sites are litterly on top of each other. No true woods. Site number 13 is HORRIBLE the firepit is basically in the edge of the site of the tree line property. We will never be back. The people next to us had to move their camper 8 times before it was level. Such a sad name for a campground. There is an area in the back of the campground. While we were there the people that were in that area blasted music until at least 130 am. In the guild lines quiet time is 12am - 9 am clearly not everyone that camps here follows them. Very sad.
