Super convenient location. We have a 24' Navion and our spot was easy to pull in and out of. Staff was AMAZING 👏 We arrived at 7:15, they were still in the office and even took us to our spot. Each campsite has a fire pit, which was so nice! Definitely recommend!

Camp cabins are basic with a/c unit and a heater but serves the purpose. Bathrooms are clean with nice showers and hot water. The park is beautiful. The only criticism is the driveway to the basic cabins is minimal. You have to back out which could be dangerous if kids are around. Kamp K9 serves it's purpose. The store has the necessities if you need anything or just extra camping purchases. The location is very accessible to Downtown Hot Springs.

Lynn and her team delivered outstanding customer service for our entire trip! We loved the store located at the main office to purchase items we needed, like ice and snacks, and the daily shuttle to downtown was so convenient as we did not have a car! The campgrounds are maintained daily by the team, and each RV site is unique. We definitely recommend it! We brought our dogs and they even have a Pet Walk!

I stayed for 1 night in a Deluxe Cabin. Excellent staff! The bed was comfortable and the convenience of having a full bathroom was great. Everything in the Cabin worked as it should. This was my favorite KOA Cabin Stay. It was clean and fairly updated (fit my needs perfectly). K-9 Area was also fabulous.
