They are very polite and they are very helpful for everything no matter what it is it's a Christian place and the woman is such a nice woman just set a friendly person I highly recommend this person this place to everybody even the families
New Ownership / Management since most of these comments were made. Yes, they prefer long term tenants. Everyone I've met had been very friendly and humble. Price of lot rent includes water, power, trash. Everyone seems to keep to themselves.
Only complaint is the walkway to the pond. There is no walkway, other than to walk in between lots. We have had to fix or replace our sewage hose several times due to the ignorance of whoever moved, stepped on, vandalized or removed it.
I wouldn't recommend this campground cause the manager has an attitude. They tell you that they have a site for you then behind your back they rent the site to someone else. The female manager says her husband doesn't run it then the husband says him and the daughter run it . I don't think none of them knows who owns it or manages it. I had to give it one star to write the review but they don't deserve no stars. You can't have attitude if you work with the public.
I called them and they accused me of calling them already and hung up on me then I called back and they didn't answer the phone. I wouldn't waste any more time with them what horrible service. If I could give them less then a 1 I would
