From jct Hwy 260 & Hwy 277: Go 1 mi E on Hwy 277.
Nice park! Beautifully done, quiet considering that it sits on 277, and overall great. The power and water on the "Wrong" side of the camper made life a little difficult but we overcame. Water pressure was great and the host was amazing. The exit on the north side of the campground was a bit concerning as there is a large dip/drainage section there. Would stay again.
Unexpected stop for us; it started snowing just before we arrived and they closed the road we were supposed to take down the mountain. Ended up having a white Christmas afterall! We were traveling south for the winter from Wisconsin. We ended up having more snow than family back home.
Absolutely the best rv park ever ! It’s very clean, and the people are amazing ! Johnny
Had to stay here one night as other campgrounds were closed due to wildfires or Indian Covid concerns. This was a strange place. Nicely taken care of though with a great dog play area.
However, very expensive ($63!) for a crowded spot on gravel. Site #5 cement slab was cracked and full of ants. No tree for shade. Many flies here as well.
All the hookups were backwards! The septic was on the opposite side requiring a longer hose which we didn't have. The water was opposite as well. Not only that but the faucet was turned the opposite way making it worse, and was not able to tighten the hose down completely because it interfered with the faucet. Had to leave it leaking into ground overnight.
WIFI did work OK, but there was no OTA TV to access.
No AT&T signal either! You need a Dish here or bring your own movies.
Also be real careful entering park from the East. The first driveway is fenced off but you may not see that until you try to pull in and very difficult to back up to get back out. The second entrance is what you want.
It is clean but pretty expensive for what you get. It was a FHU site in the area that we needed when winter weather delayed us. Wifi was ok but lagged a lot. Bathrooms were nice. We weren’t given a map or anything so we didn’t even know there was a clubhouse. It was really hard to book it took 4 calls because their phone kept dropping out. Then I wasn’t even told the price or for what kind of site. The person that directed us to our site told us to go the wrong way. It seemed like the inside turns were tight and I wouldn’t want to stay there with a big rig but maybe if we had been shown a different way it would have been easier. It’s all ages but they seem more welcoming to dogs than kids. I would not really call this place or the service a resort
