We just stayed for a week and the lady that runs the place could not be any more wonderful. She went out of her way to be helpful! The park does have a lot of permanent residence but they all seem very nice. It is VERY quite which we love! They kept everything clean and well groomed. We will be back! Thank you!

This is the place to stay if you're planning a visit to the mountains! The park manager "Kelly" is extremely kind and accommodating. She took extra steps to make sure my family was comfortable upon our arrival, during our stay and while we were preparing for departure. Her sidekick Maintenance Manager "Wes" assisted us in getting our RV positioned perfectly in our space and hooked up our water and sewer as well. They were really great and their warm, friendly presence left a lasting impression on my family.

In addition to the wonderful staff, the grounds are kept very tidy and the layout is simple to navigate. The presence of wildlife in the area was awesome! We had a variety of interactions with the parks local Squirrels, Bunnies, a Jack Rabbit and even saw a few Elk! To top it all off, the park is pet friendly and our dogs "Duke" and "Paisley" were warmly welcomed with biscuits during check in.

We will definitely be coming back to Overgaard RV Resort. Thank you all for making our stay incredible!

Hello , its Moe!! We planned on staying for a month or two, its been over a year and I absolutely love it here. I adore Miss Kelly and all the effort and dedication she puts into the park. Mr. Wes is also dedicated to keeping the park clean and they also make everyone feel right at home. Anytime anyone has a question or need help with something they are always available to assist the situation the best way possible. And people who give bad reviews obviously don't realize how frustrating it could be to take care of not only the park grounds and the clubhouse and laundry room but over 60 individuals on a daily basis, everyday 24/7. And EVERYONE has days they don't feel good or whatnot, but they still stay on top of things running the park smoothly keeping a friendly atmosphere. With that being said, when the time comes we find a house and move ..it will be a sad day for us because not only has my dog loved everyone here but we do as well. Whether your stay is a day , a week, or a year its the best experience I've had while in Arizona, its the reason we stayed, friendly , fun, clean, affordable and the wildlife is beautiful!!!! KUDOS TO KELLY AND WES , And to all the residents!!

It's strange how most of the good reviews are made by the management or relatives.

Let me start by saying the tenants at the park are amazing people. I stayed here 2 years until the space rent was going up again for the second year in a row and could not in good conscience continue staying due to the non-existent maintenance in the park. Also the treatment of tenants by the management was horrible. The spaces are fairly close together with a 8 by 20 cement slab for a porch, all else is gravel. There are 2 full restrooms with showers (when they are working), 2 washers and dryers (again when working), nice clubhouse and DSL internet which has issues (I had my own). Not a bad place to stay if you can take care of everything yourself or with assistance from other tenants. I listened to a phone call where the manager berated a tenant with lies after the tenant made legitimate complaints which included trouble with a neighbors dogs, overgrown weeds in the area, and a large puddle of raw sewage on the ground from a neighbors failed sewer line that was there for 2 weeks with the parks knowledge. Fences are in disrepair with one section being held up with ratchet straps. The female manager uses the male shower because the women's "doesn't work right ". Just a couple examples but you see where this is going. Don't want to write a book. Again the other tenants are amazing people, one big family. Very rarely are there short term campers. The area is very limited for RV spaces during the summer. We camped at Overgaard RV Resort in a 5th wheel.

There is nothing resort about the place. This is not a resort. There is nothing to do. They have a small washroom ( 2 washers) and a room that you can get some reading books. Now if you just need a place to park your trailer. This would be the place to go.
