About Campground

I grow mushrooms and sell them at the Harrisonburg Farmers Market. The camping area is about an acre and is beside the house. Park under a canopy of red cedar trees which are bug resistant so very few mosquitoes. Two fireplaces, first come first serve. No neighbors yet close to Harrisonburg. Free firewood. No curfews.

Directions

My lane entrance is 20 feet from the Harpine hwy and Shaver Mill Rd intersection.

Good vibes, the host and the couple staying here made me feel so welcome after a very long drive and barely even knew me. I normally don't open up to people so quick but the energy here has been therapeutic. The mountains were calling, and so i came.

Great place to stay and the host was very welcoming. Never stayed in such a peaceful place surrounded by beautiful nature. Saw the most spectacular sight of loads of fireflies twinkling. As well as the most starry sky Ive seen. Me and my bf spent alot of time just marvelling the outdoor sight of this since we never get experiences like this in the UK. Room was lovely and had a great stay! Recommend !
