The lake is beautiful and the owner was so very pleasant. Will definitely have to plan another trip for fishing very soon!

Good place to fish,good folks that own it,very friendly and helpful,and have rooms for night or for the week, paddleboats ,and other small boats u can rent by the day,very affordable, and pet friendly and its real quiet here,we like staying here and will again .
We were traveling through the state and had truck problems. We decided to get our fishing licenses and check out Harris Break Lake. We loved the friendliness from Karen at the marina, she was very helpful, We noticed that they had RV sites, cabins and motel rooms. We went fishing and caught large catfish, brim, bass and an alligator gar! We decided to return to the marina and spoke with TJ who was awesome, about moving our camper to one of the spots. The very next day we arrived and checked in with Carrie who got us all situated. The first couple days we enjoyed the beautiful weather and fished. The following day we met the maintenance man James who helped us with some repairs on the camper. If you need something done Stewart is your guy, quick on his feet to fix any problem that he can. I used all their names to let you all know that they are like one big happy family and it makes you feel comfortable and relaxed to know if you need anything someone will get it done. Lastly I would like to add that the people who live here long term are equally friendly and have made us feel at home. Thank you neighbor for paying our lot rent when we were struggling and our other neighbors for feeding us catfish. Thanks to the new owners AJ and Shirley they are great I wish them good luck with their new adventure! PS the bathrooms and showers are nice and clean!
