Biked from Renick through the Droop Mountain Tunnel and back. 16 mile bike ride. Beautiful river and shaded cinder track. Saturday afternoon ride and we crossed paths with about 8 other bikers. Pretty much have the trail to ourselves. Great place to float in the river or fish. Lots of locals having fun. Took us 3 hours.

We had a fun day strolling along the trail. The trail was wide and so nicely shaded by the coverage. You still get a good sweat on just biking but at least you're not in the straight sun very often. There were potty shacks along the trail. We packed lunch for a picnic once we got back to the car (because we were pulling a little one and that would have been extra weight lol). There were a few little tables at the start of the trail that we sat at to eat. We had a really enjoyable day but didn't make it too far... That was okay with us.

Wonderful bike trail that is an old rail line along the Greenbrier river. I only wish we had more time to go further long the trail. We will definitely come back to ride it again.

Wow. What a great trail for biking, hiking or running. The surface is flat and mostly smooth. It is well maintained and there is bathroom facilities and water pumps along the way. We bikes 20 miles our first time there. We can’t wait to return and try 49 miles. Thank you West Virginia for such a wonderful place to be outside enjoying the clean fresh air.
