A sweet little campground and park. All the sites have a great view of the lake. Ours, site 16, was right next to the water. The staff and camp hosts were super friendly and treated us like family. The kayak rental was an easy process and a great value for the price! We live one hour away and will definitely be back for many more weekend getaways.

Went to drop a geocache tracker at the cache here. Guy at the front booth acted like we were just going to ride our motorcycles on trails in which we respect our state prks and would never do such. Employee in the visitors center/ outpost was super friendly. Grounds were well maintained

Decent sites and facilities. Bathrooms are clean but far from nearly all sites. No hosts were there during our stay so no one was checking the bathrooms to refill toilet paper. Nice playgrounds and a mini golf course at park. "Beach" and play area ar Park as well. We stayed in the Summer and were one of three sites occupied. When we pulled out there was only one obvious long term guest still there. The deserted vibe was a bit creepy. Cell coverage was excellent giving 4 bars consistently.
