Nice but pricey.

Had not realized there were no restroom/showers when I booked this stop. As we were setting up, the sound of dirt bikes in close proximity had me worried, but stopped in the evening. For $69 we got a long, level, pull-through site with full hookups. My next stop offered the same site features, had no bathrooms, but was only $45 (with a $10 coupon for the store on property).

We used to stay across the street when visiting family in Chattanooga over Thanksgiving, but discovered your park last year. We were glad we did, particularly when the storm came through last week. Had we been across the street, we would have been in a flooded site. Our site drained great, and we could not have been more pleased with our stay. We will return. As you continue to improve, I'm sure you will do some paving on sites. Comparing your campground to others, I feel like the only thing missing is a paved pad outside for picnic table, chairs, grill, etc. With that addition, you'll get 5 stars from us! Oh, and the wifi was great. I was able to stream two televisions and use my laptop all at the same time with very few issues.

My family and I have a 46 foot class C motorhome and needed a place to park the rig for a few days. The sites are a bit close together, but we only needed a safe place to park with full hook-ups. The roads are very wide and made entering, parking, and exiting very easy. Each site is sloped nicely for water run-off and the hookups were all top of the line. We appreciated the friendliness of the staff, the nice places to walk our dog, and the well-lit campground. Some sites are more spacious than others, so if that is important to you, then request that when you make a reservation. Very happy with our experience and will definitely stay again when we are in the area . . .

We spent a week here over Christmas. It was very quiet and peaceful. The park is absolute bare bones at the moment with the exception of a fairly nice dog park. No bath houses, laundry, or any amenities. The spots are fairly close together but acceptable. Spot 52 in my opinion is the best and most private.

For some reason, the park is on well water, which was an unwelcome surprise. For some it may not matter but for us, it was an inconvenience. Even a heads up on the site would have been nice. Spots could have been better leveled, but still, were acceptable.

We stayed here this year rather than across the street for two reasons; the first being that across the street, the sites are even closer together and the second being that across the street is a swamp when it rains. We had more space and the ground drained well, so in that regard, it was a success.

I wish them the best as they expand. Minus the well water and level spots, this would have been a four star review.

We stayed here for one night as a stopover to our destination. I received a call earlier in the day to confirm the registration, and received a follow up email answering some of my questions. The communication was great.

Since we were coming in late and leaving early the next morning, the spot we had met our needs. It was clean, well lit, and quiet. It had been raining, and rained pretty hard overnight, but was a well drained site, so we didn't have any issues.
