We almost overlooked this place because of no full hookup but we are all so happy we came! Staff is all great and friendly, the bathrooms/shower rooms are cleaned multiple times a day making it very comfortable. We were lucky enough to get the perfect lot next to the pond and the playground which was awesome for the kids! Can’t wait to come back!

Quite and impeccably clean campground. Bathrooms/showers were always tidy and sanitary. Laundry room/machines were convenient. Both Patty & Kathy were very personable and accommodating. Ice cream shop and neat playground were a big hit with the kids. Holiday activities were a plus. Campground is only 25 minutes away from Soaring Eagle Waterpark which made for a fun adventure while it was raining. I highly recommend booking a stay here and I am eagerly awaiting our return for Halloween camping.

After writing this review the employees or owners not sure came to our campground and Tried to intimate us. They pulled up in the golf cart and asked “Are you Aubrie” I said yes and she handed a piece of paper to my mother and tried to act like my review was triable and I said some very offensive things I said only the truth. They were very rude and unprofessional and made us feel unwelcome. If they would have came up to us in a calm manner and talked to us respectfully I would have had no problem with it and I don't think my family would have either. They came up to us and accused us of running our toilet water on the ground and lighting campfires in other campers' lots. We will never come to this campground again the workers were so incredibly rude and it amazed me how unprofessional people who own a business can be. This place is not even worth a 1 star I recommend you don't come! Thank you to the Koa workers for making our vacation end poorly

Our experience- It was nice at the beginning the staff was nice and treated us with respect they put us in the back spot with mostly dirt and no grass. My father asked if we could have a different spot and they said they were all taken already. During the stay, the campsite was almost always empty. There were spots that we could have gone to. We spent a lot of money on a 10-day vacation and we got the wore spot. We constantly had vehicles making their rounds around our camper having them look at us. they accused us of running our toilet water on the ground. Witch, we were not! We spent money on firewood and it didn't come tell 6hrs later. She claims that she was the only one in the office for that amount of time that could have brought us our wood when there was a young worker with her. We felt like we were being treated differently because we didn't spend tens of thousands of dollars on our camper and we renovated our vintage camper. We were keeping to ourselves for the whole trip and I liked it at first I can't say that now. In my review before I said some very nice things like how the restrooms were always very clean and so were the bathrooms I said the pond was nice and clean and that it was very safe for kids I said one bad thing and they came to our campsite almost yelling at me. I felt like I was in 6th grade again getting in trouble for what my opinion was. We paid good money and we expected a good experience
