Stayed here for 5 months while I worked at the airport. About a 35 minute drive with no traffic. I have a 34' fifth wheel it was a little difficult maneuvering into the spot, but just take it slow and you will be fine. The spot I had was close to the neighbor, but I wasn't there for pleasure and it was perfect for my needs. Some of the other spots looked liked they had more room. There is a train that runs close by and is kinda loud, but never bothered me. I haved lived around trains before. The managers are very nice and had no issues while I stayed there. This would be a great place to stop for the night or to stay a couple of months. If you have kids there is not much for them to do. If I ever came down this way again.I would definitely stay here again.

It was okay due to the price, $30.00, cash, and the manager is wonderful. She is helpful, friendly, bend over backward to help you. The people there were friendly, too. Nice washers and dryers. She is so great that I hate to say, but must: The bathrooms are terrible. I am sure that they are not cleaned everyday and desperately need to be updated. If you don't need a bathroom, it's fine.

Beautiful RV park situated on grassy, rolling hills with mature deciduous trees. Stayed two nights, June 2023, on our way to South Carolina from California. Paved roads and concrete RV pads. $30 per night, very reasonable. Bathroom/showers/laundry room building needed a facelift but didn’t bother us because we prefer using the bathroom and shower in our 5th wheel and we didn’t need to do laundry. Angela, the owner, was friendly and accommodating. Will stay here again if ever in the area.
